Description

A dynamic, growing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial private real estate investment and financial services company seeks a take-charge, executive professional to join the consumer credit services group. If you have a proven history of success in consumer credit services, real estate finance, sales and leadership, this is an excellent opportunity for financial and personal achievement!

Position: Reporting to the President, this individual will work closely with senior management to manage our consumer credit services division. This includes managing a team that supports our various consumer services: homebuyer education, credit consulting, debt elimination, loan restructuring/foreclosure consulting, financial recovery (after foreclosure and bankruptcy), home purchase programs.

Responsibilities will include the following:
You will play a key role within a small close-knit team, relying on each other as you work together to set and achieve your goals. You will utilize referrals and company provided sales leads to sell customers a variety of financial products and services. You will work with customers on the phone and in person in some cases throughout the application and approval process.

Compensation is a generous performance based commission along with bonuses and overrides based on sales volume.
If selected, your first priority on the job would be to increase the company’s client base. This job would involve qualifying, active selling and sales closing.

We are looking for aggressive go-getters with excellent sales and closing skills, who are capable of surviving and thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to “make it happen”, starting from day one.

We will teach you about our services but you must know how to sell, and have at least Five (5) years of verifiable sales experience to prove it.

Bilingual English/Spanish helpful.

Requirements:
You must be fully authorized to work for any employer in the USA.
You must also be:
a. Highly motivated, with 5+ years of verifiable successful sales experience.
b. Able to qualify and close the sales, starting from day one.
c. Aggressive, Competitive, Motivated and intensely driven.
d. Accountable and Dependable, with Honesty, Integrity and High Morals.
e. Good using the computer, Internet and Email.
f. A college graduate with a minimum of an Associate’s degree (required). Bachelor’s degree preferred.
g. An excellent listener with excellent communication skills and mental processing ability.
h. Willing to take and clear a Criminal Records/Background Check. Work history, references and academic credentials will be verified.
