Prices vary, most are between $65.00 and $75.00. There are some that are higher, and some a little cheaper. . but most are in the first range.

Pictures show a sampling of what I have. Some I only have a couple of sizes in, others I have many sizes in. Obviously, the quicker you look the more there will be to choose from.
