A Perfect Nanny, your Charlotte nanny service, is seeking a FT Nanny to care for one 2 1/2 year old boy in a nice home located near a great community park.

Ideal nanny for this position has worked with both infants and toddlers as the family plans to have another child, is interactive and engages in activities with the child as opposed to just supervising activities for the child. Nanny should know how to keep a child both on the go and at home enjoying the simple things of childhood such as fingerpainting, collegting leaves and so on. Family approaches discipline with an educational mindset and is seeking a nanny who believes that a child's behavior should be corrected using an educational approach so he learns right from wrong and how to make proper choices. Nanny should be nurturing, educational, dedicated to the position for a MINIMUM 1-5 years and have a stable work history.

Ideal nanny will meet and exceed the following requirements:

At least 22 years of age with a HS diploma or GED, be a non-smoker and have reliable transportation with valid car insurance. Nanny MUST have a minimum 2-4 years IN HOME NANNY experience for non-relatives, glowing references, a stable work history and a clear criminal record and DMV record check. Nanny should be first aide and CPR certified, or willing to become certified prior to the start date. Nanny must live within 15 minutes of the Central Charlotte area. A minimum HS diploma or GED is required but college is preferred.

Position offers a VERY COMPETATIVE salary based on level of experience, education and salary history as well as paid vacation, paid sick leave, continued pay while family is away, mileage reimbursement, petty cash and more. Hours are M/W/F from 7:45 AM until 5:30 PM and T/Th from 12:30 PM until 5:30 PM. Nanny should be available full days on T/Th for sick days, teacher work days, etc.
