Phantom was rescued from the Catawba CVS parking lot where he scrounged out a living. He is a very loving cat, somewhat shy when he meets a new person. Phantom loves to be around other kitties. He will chase and play with the other cats, sometimes a tad rough when he's feeling his oats! Phantom will happily chat to his person and also lick your feet for you!
