Global Compliance Services, a global provider of ethics and compliance solutions to the Fortune 1000, seeks a Manager, Sales Operations to join our fast-paced Sales and Account Management Department, located in our corporate headquarters in the Ballantyne area of South Charlotte.

The general purpose of the Manager, Sales Operations is to define and deliver sales and account management analytics and tools designed to optimize productivity, growth and profitability.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
 
·         Team with executive management to determine reporting needs of the organization
·         Provide meaningful, actionable data on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
·         Participate in the evaluation, selection and implementation of applicable reporting tools
·         Collaborate with sales executive team in effort to identify best practices and in turn design appropriate sales support tools
·         Design and deliver appropriate sales metrics, both, historical and forecasted
·         Support development and management of sales processes, including identification and vetting of processes with management and sales representatives
·         Develop and maintain sales automation and support tools
·         Conduct competitive analysis and translate into meaningful data
·         Access, update and maintain recordkeeping systems for individual accounts
·         Manage implementation of sales compensation plan across department
·         Assist in on-boarding of newly hired sales representatives
·         Participate in appropriate meetings, seminars and in-house training sessions
·         Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
 
·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
·         Minimum of 5 years experience working with a sales, finance or services related consulting organization
·         Broad-based business knowledge
·         Knowledge and experience with SalesForce.com a plus
·         Deep understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·         Strong analytical/problem solving skills with ability to provide appropriate solutions
·         Demonstrated strong communication and team skills
·         Demonstrated leadership skills and initiative
·         Strong customer and results orientation
·         Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
·         Ability to function as an effective team member
·         Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
