New KitchenAid Combination Convection Oven/Microwave Wall Unit 30” Wide
For sale: white top-of-the line KitchenAid Combination Convection Oven/Microwave wall unit, model KEMC307 KWH. This built-in appliance has never been installed. I bought it to update my kitchen while living in another state and before I was able to get it installed, a family emergency prompted a move to NC. I brought it along hoping to install it in my new home. Unfortunately, the kitchen layout in my new place wasn’t workable to have a built-in oven (much smaller home) so I’m offering it for sale at a substantial discount. This unit is 30” wide. The microwave is 1.4 cubic ft and the convection oven is 4.1 cubic ft. (It fits a rough opening of 41 ¼” high x 28 ½” wide x 23” deep). If your rough opening is taller than 41 ¼” high (as was mine), I also bought the optional steel riser shelf with the white trim panel front covering to take care of the extra height space. This riser will allow the oven unit to sit on top of the steel shelf and the trim panel covers the extra space for a finished look.
This oven has it all….the microwave has custom cook, reheat and defrost features. It has the exclusive Crispwave™ technology that allows for browning and crisping of foods cooked in the microwave. The microwave door drops down like the oven unit.
The convection oven is self-cleaning. It has a CleanBake™ Hidden Element providing more evenly balanced heat distribution by warming both the bottom and sides of the oven cavity resulting in better baking performance. Since it is “hidden” from view by the porcelain oven cavity, the bake element is protected from spills and drips that may fall to the bottom of the oven.
It is a True Convection cooking system with a third heating element utilizing both a rear element and a fan to circulate preheated air inside the oven cavity for faster and more even cooking results than with a conventional oven. It also has an EasyConvect Conversion System so you do not have to alter your recipes. Simply enter your conventional cooking times and the oven makes the precise conversion for you! It has two broiler elements (maxi and econo) so you can choose the most efficient way to broil…use econo for smaller portions and maxi for larger. Both elements have adjustable temperatures. The temperature probe, microwave accessories, and the documentation package are included. The manufacturer’s suggested retail price of the oven (without the riser package) is $3,599.00. I paid $2,217.00 plus tax via a builder’s discount. I am offering this great combo oven unit for $950. What a deal!
The riser package is optional. I paid $137.00 plus taxes for it. If you need it, it’s available for $50.00 extra. I will not ship these items. Local sales - cash only.
