Further Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee 2 project coordinators to ensure projects are being efficiently managed.
Coordinate with 6 Project Managers to collect, format and/or draft information from project team members to complete various reports, i.e., Private Placement Memorandums, City submittal packages and/or Receiver, Managing and Operating reports.
Draft correspondence as requested by Project Manager.
Research and locate vendors and services specific to project needs.
Schedule conference calls as requested by Project Managers.
Create hierarchy systems, both electronic and manual, to organize all filing associated with projects.
Manage and acquire all project bonds.
Maintain corporate records of DRE/CPA and Bar accreditations.
Assist Director of Office Administration with requests and needs of CEO and President.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
Minimum Experience Required:
- 6 months administrative management experience
- Legal background preferred
- Real estate knowledge preferred
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
